With Starflex Hektelåser, you are not limited to ready-made Starflex products. You can make your own equipment compatible with the Modulskinner and build solutions that suit your exact needs.

The Hektelåser are supplied as a 2-pack and are particularly suitable when your own equipment is to be attached over two Modulskinner. Each Hektelås is mounted separately on the equipment, allowing the distance between them to be adjusted to the placement of the Modulskinner.

Once the Hektelåser are mounted, the entire piece of equipment can easily be hooked into the Starflex system, moved, or removed completely.

Build your own Starflex solutions

The Hektelåser open up many possibilities when you have equipment or a solution that is not already available in the Starflex range.

For example, they can be used with:

• custom holders and brackets

• lamps

• panels and shelves

• storage solutions

• customized equipment

• other self-built solutions

If you have an idea for how to make better use of the space, the Hektelåser make it easy to integrate your own solution into the Starflex system.

Ideal between two Modulskinner

Because the two Hektelåser are mounted separately, you decide the distance between them.

This makes the solution particularly well suited for equipment that is to fit between or be attached over two Modulskinner. The Hektelåser can be positioned on the equipment to match the distance between the rails in your specific setup.

Once the equipment has been adapted, it can easily be hooked on and off again without having to loosen the Hektelåser themselves.

Screw or glue in place

The Hektelåser have M8 threads and are supplied with M8 × 16 mm bolts and washers, making it easy to screw them onto equipment with a suitable mounting point.

If you have equipment where drilling and screwing is not desirable or possible, the Hektelåser can also be glued in place with a suitable adhesive.

This provides great flexibility for making different types of equipment compatible with the Starflex system.

When gluing, the adhesive and substrate must be suitable for the weight and load to which the equipment will be exposed.

Easy to move and remove

Once the Hektelåser have been mounted on the equipment, the entire solution can be hooked into and out of the Modulskinner as needed.

This is practical for equipment that you want to be able to move, use in different places, or remove when not in use.

For example, a lamp, box, or custom-built holder can have its permanent place during transport, but be easily removed when you need it somewhere else.

Each Hektelås weighs only 26 g including bolt and washer.
