Shelf for Euroboxes - adjustable in width

The shelf for Euroboxes is a flexible storage solution that makes it easy to utilize both the width and height of the cargo area.

The shelf is mounted between Starflex Modular Rails and can be adjusted continuously in width using the telescopic function. This makes it possible to adapt the solution to different vehicles, cargo areas, and configurations.

The Euroboxes rest directly on the shelf, allowing you to create a tidy and organized storage system without traditional shelves or fixed cabinets.

Make better use of the height

By mounting several shelves on top of each other, the Euroboxes can be organized on multiple levels.

The height of each shelf is determined by its position in the Modular Rails and can easily be changed if your needs or box configuration changes.

This makes the system well suited for motorhomes, campervans, vans, service vehicles, and other vehicles where the available storage space needs to be utilized efficiently.

The shelves can also be combined with other products in the Starflex Modular Rail system, allowing the same cargo area to be used for several different types of storage.

Flexible adaptation to different Euroboxes

The distance between the telescopic tubes can be adjusted continuously from 7.5 to 61 cm. This allows the system to be adapted to different Eurobox sizes and orientations.

Both 30 × 40 cm and 40 × 60 cm Euroboxes can be placed in either direction in the system. The boxes can therefore be rotated 90 degrees if this provides better use of space or fits better with the rest of the interior.

The wide range of adjustment also makes it easy to combine different box sizes and change the configuration later.

Width and required space

The telescopic function can be adjusted continuously from 80 to 137 cm between the Modular Rails.

Starflex Modular Rails add approximately 1.5 cm on each side. The system therefore fits as standard in cargo areas with a total interior width of:

• Minimum approx. 83 cm

• Maximum approx. 140 cm

If you have a cargo area narrower than 83 cm, the system can easily be adapted by cutting the square tubes to the desired length. This means that the shelf can also be used in spaces and openings significantly narrower than the standard minimum dimensions.

Load capacity

The maximum recommended load is 40 kg per shelf at maximum width, provided that the weight is evenly distributed across the telescopic tubes.

Flexible and easy to change

If your storage needs change, the shelf can easily be moved to another height or expanded with additional levels.

Both the width of the shelf and the distance between the telescopic tubes can be adjusted without rebuilding the system. You are therefore free to change the interior later if you switch box sizes or want a different configuration.

Installation

The shelf is mounted directly between Starflex Modular Rails on each side of the cargo area.

The telescopic function is adjusted to the correct width, the distance between the telescopic tubes is adapted to the desired box size, and the shelf is secured in the Modular Rails at the desired height.

When installing several shelves, the distance between the levels can be adapted to the height of the Euroboxes and the amount of clearance you want between them.

Allow a little extra clearance around the boxes so they can be easily put in and taken out without rubbing against the shelf above or the surrounding interior.

Starflex Modular Rails are required for installation. Euroboxes and Modular Rails are sold separately.
