The ceiling and floor bracket provides more mounting options for Starflex Modular Rails when standard mounting directly to the wall is difficult or not desired.

The bracket is mounted at the end of the Modular Rail and provides a perpendicular mounting point that can be screwed to ceilings, floors, shelves, edges, or other suitable surfaces.

This makes the solution particularly useful in motorhomes and other cargo spaces with curved walls, shelves, edges, or other structures that make standard wall mounting difficult.

Stepless adjustment of the mounting length

The ceiling and floor bracket can be extended from the end of the Modular Rail and provides up to 7 cm of stepless adjustment per bracket.

This makes it easy to adapt the Modular Rail to the available height or the distance between the mounting surfaces.

Examples:

• A 99 cm Modular Rail with one ceiling and floor bracket can be adjusted to a total mounting length of up to 106 cm.

• With a ceiling and floor bracket at both ends, the same Modular Rail can be adjusted to a total mounting length of up to 113 cm.

The bracket can be used at one or both ends of the Modular Rail, depending on the mounting location and the desired solution.

More mounting options

The ceiling and floor bracket can, among other things, be used when:

• the wall is curved and the Modular Rail cannot be mounted flat against the wall

• a shelf or edge provides a better mounting point than the side wall

• the Modular Rail is to be mounted between the floor and ceiling

• you want to reduce or avoid fastening to the side wall

• the Modular Rail needs extra length to reach the mounting surface

This makes it possible to use the Starflex system in more types of vehicles and spaces where standard wall mounting would otherwise be difficult.

Mounting

The bracket is slid into the end of the Modular Rail and adjusted steplessly to the desired length before being fastened to the relevant mounting surface.

The bracket can be mounted using the screws supplied with the Modular Rails. The substrate and fastening method must always be suitable for the load and the products to be mounted.

The ceiling and floor bracket is sold individually. Modular Rail purchased separately.
