Euroslider V2 – pull-out system for Euroboxes

Euroslider V2 is a powerful and modular aluminium pull-out system designed for efficient and organized storage of Euroboxes in motorhomes, campervans, vans, garages, and cargo compartments.

The system is supplied complete with an aluminium frame for Euroboxes, heavy-duty full-extension telescopic slides, a one-handed handle, and adjustable floor brackets. Euroslider provides easy access to the entire contents of the boxes and makes it possible to use available storage space efficiently – even in deep and confined spaces.

New in Euroslider V2

Euroslider V2 features a practical one-handed handle mounted between the telescopic slides. The handle allows the entire pull-out unit to be easily pulled out and pushed in with one hand.

This is particularly convenient when you already have something in your other hand, as you can open or close the pull-out unit without first having to put down what you are holding.

The new floor brackets can be height-adjusted, allowing the clearance between the floor and the underside of the telescopic slide to be adjusted from 15 to 80 mm. This makes it easy to raise the Euroslider over most edges, thresholds, and raised sections in openings and cargo compartments of motorhomes and other vehicles.

The adjustable brackets provide greater installation flexibility and reduce the need for separate spacers or custom-made brackets.

Flexible installation

Euroslider V2 can be mounted directly to the floor using the included adjustable floor brackets. Each bracket can be adjusted individually, allowing the Euroslider to be adapted to the desired height and minor unevenness in the surface.

If the Euroslider needs to be raised more than 80 mm, installed at multiple levels, or incorporated into a larger structure, we recommend the Vertical Slide Set for Euroslider.

The vertical slide set is available in several heights and provides flexible positioning of the pull-out units. The system can be built with as many levels as the available height, structure, and mounting points allow.

Several Euroslider units can be installed next to or above one another and combined in different widths, depths, and box configurations.

When installing Euroslider units with different depths above one another, it may be necessary to drill additional mounting holes in the vertical slides to adapt the positioning to the different pull-out lengths.

The telescopic slides can also be mounted directly to side walls without using floor brackets. It is possible to combine side-wall mounting on one side with floor mounting on the other, depending on the design of the vehicle or interior fitting.

Load capacity

The maximum recommended load at full extension depends on the length of the telescopic slides:

• 60 cm slides: up to 100 kg
• 80 cm slides: up to 90 kg
• 90 cm slides: up to 80 kg
• 120 cm slides: up to 70 kg

The load must be distributed evenly across the aluminium frame. The Euroslider must be mounted to a surface and with fastening hardware suitable for the intended load.

Dimensions and required space

The telescopic slides and floor brackets extend approximately 2.5 cm on each side of the aluminium frame. The total installation width is therefore approximately 5 cm greater than the stated width of the Euroslider frame.

Examples:

• A 30 cm wide frame requires approximately 35 cm of total width
• A 60 cm wide frame requires approximately 65 cm of total width

The one-handed handle and the front parts of the system extend approximately 4 cm farther forward than the aluminium frame. The total depth is therefore approximately 4 cm greater than the stated frame depth.

Examples:

• A 60 cm deep frame extends approximately 64 cm in total
• A 120 cm deep frame extends approximately 124 cm in total

With the floor brackets at their lowest setting and a 12 cm high Eurobox, the system extends a total of 16 cm from the floor to the top of the box.

Using taller boxes or a higher bracket setting increases the total height accordingly.

Allow a little extra clearance at the sides, above the boxes, and in front of the system so that the Euroslider can move freely without rubbing against the opening or interior fitting.

Screws for fastening the brackets to the vehicle or interior fitting floor are not included. The appropriate fastening hardware must be selected based on the material and construction of the surface and the expected load.
